As a former boxer, running and cardio have always been part of my routine. While studying in England, I discovered a real passion for it and ran my first half-marathon.

In April 2025, after a week of intense training and vacation, my body gave out. I was diagnosed with patellar syndrome due to overtraining. My participation in the Antony Half-Marathon was over, and my entry in the Paris Hyrox was still uncertain...

I work out 4 to 5 times a week. Weight training helped me develop both mental and physical strength. I dedicate a lot of time to itβit's a true passion of mine.
